The only requirement that the buyer must observe is the basic design and material choice parameters that have been established for the project and the protection of all villa owners in the project
Our recommended project consultants will be able to advise throughout the design stage on budget and technical issues and when design is complete, provide detailed bills of quantities, negotiate and finalize a construction contract and supervise the villa construction through completion and on to the end of the defect liability/warranty period

Villa Construction Contract
Over the course of the bidding process for the many villas already under construction, by a number of different qualified contractors, the projects construction managers, DMG, have undertaken an exhaustive contractor review and selection process.
Armed with this accumulated experience. DMG is ideally situated to quickly secure a quality contractor at a competitive rate (either by competitive tender or negotiated contract) to build your new villa at Jomchang.
After selection, each buyer will contract directly with his or her chosen contractor for the villa construction in accordance with the rates that have been negotiated. All this can be transparently administered and fully supervised by the design and management team
