Chom Tawan is a prestigious development of exclusive and luxurious villas and apartments to be built in a secure, managed environment adjacent to the renowned Banyan Tree Resort and next to our previous project ‘Maan Tawan’.

Chom Tawan Penthouses

Spanning the entire footprint of each apartment building are our superb three bedroom Penthouses. Chom Tawan Apartment
Set amid lush tropical gardens only two apartment share each floor level, featuring over 180 m2 of internal accommodation, high ceilings and a further 70 m2 of private covered terraces. With only six apartments in each of the five apartment buildings, these are truly generous and graceful homes for the few.

About the Estate
Chom Tawan is a secure and private, managed estate with its own infrastructure. Core items such as mains electricity with central generator power back-up, fresh sustainable water supply with ample storage, centralised waste water processing, water recycling, telephone lines and central cable T.V. Access roads, common area lighting and the landscaping of the common areas are also provided.

The appointed management company (CB Richard Ellis) will maintain an on-site office and management team to look after the home owners' daily needs, the provision of 24 hour security, utilities and maintenance of the common areas. Optional services are also provided including assistance with lettings, car hire, guest care and private contract services to villa owners.
