The Chom Tawan development and individual properties will be managed by CB Richard Ellis, a internationally recognised Property Management company with a reputation for a professional and high class approach to the day-to-day running and maintenance of many developments throughout the world.

The Management Company provides an integrated Management Plan and will have three key areas of responsibility:
  • Management and Maintenance of all Common Areas and Services (standard)
  • Management of Owners’ Individual Property Services (optional)
  • Management of Individual Property Rentals (optional)
CB Richard Ellis will maintain an on-site Management Office to run effectively all of the services provided to the residents of Chom Tawan from a local facility. Contact with CBRE through this office will be beneficial to all owners.
Management of Common Areas
All owners of properties at Chom Tawan will pay a fixed fee for the day-to-day management of common area. This fee will be calculated on the basis of the type
of property and access to communal facilities.
Services covered by the Common Area Charge are:
Common Area Maintenance such as gardening, road and path maintenance and cleaning Utility charges for Common Areas (lighting,
power, water)
Common Area Lighting Management Office Staff and running costs
Common Pool Maintenance/Cleaning Accounting and Audit Fees and Taxation
24 hour Guard/Security Receipt of Mail
Pest Control Reserve Fund for major items of expenditure
    Garbage Collection
Management of Property Services
For owners who wish to arrange additional services to their property, the Management Company can enter into a contract to provide a number of support services. These optional contracted services are entirely between the owner and Management Company.

Laundry Gardening & Pest Control
Baby Sitting Bill Payment and Administration
Airport Transfer Accounting and Taxation
Car Hire Shopping Service

Management of Property Rentals
For those owners of a Chom Tawan property who wish to see a return on their investment through rental, the Management Company will offer a professional service to maximize your return, and care for the property during the rental period.
